End User License Agreement (EULA)

"Licensor", "Author", "indeepsoft" and "InDeep Software" refer to Florin Alexandru V.
"Software" refers to all files included within this package.
"User" refers to the licensee or the license holder that uses the Software.

Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and Software is copyrighted by the Author. Use and distribution of the Software is permitted provided that all of the following terms are accepted:

The Author grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Software subject to User's compliance with these terms and conditions.

This license is for non-commercial use only. Under this license the User may not use the Software in a commercial setting, for work or as aid to a bussiness. Use of this Software for a company or on company owned computers requires a commercial license for each individual computer screen the Software is used on or made available to, localy or remotely. Additional features of the Software may be available with a commercial license. The User has the right to provide feedback. Any information the User provides will be used to improve the Software. It is the User's responsibility to backup all important data before using the Software, so that he can recover any data affected directly or in relation with the use of the Software. The Author will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of data or damages arising from the use of the Software. The User will not have any proprietary rights of the Software. The Author retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights of the Software. Distribution of a modified Software or as part of another software package is not permitted without express written permission of the Author. Software use beyond the scope of this license shall constitute copyright infringement. The Software is provided as is. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. The Author reserves the rights to modify this agreement in the future.
