The Author shall not remove existing features of the Software in future updates, if those features are still supported by the operating system on User's machine. The User has the right to provide feedback. Any information the User provides will be used to improve the Software. It is the User's responsibility to backup all important data before using the Software, so that he can recover any data affected directly or in relation with the use of the Software. The Author will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of data or damages arising from the use of the Software. The User will not have any proprietary rights of the Software. The Author retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights of the Software. Distribution of a modified Software or as part of another software package is not permitted without express written permission of the Author. Software use beyond the scope of this license shall constitute copyright infringement.
